Who we are

What we collect

• Registration details: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, preferred session and the answers you give in the registration form.
• Checkout details: name, email, WhatsApp number, the amount paid, the order and payment reference, and whether you ticked the ads-consent box. Card and bank details are handled by Razorpay and never reach us.
• Website activity: pages visited, how far you scroll, time on page, video progress, and Meta Pixel cookies (_fbp, _fbc).

How we use it

• To register you, send your Zoom link, reminders and follow-up emails.
• To process and record payments.
• To measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to help Meta show our ads to people likely to be interested (ad measurement and ad optimisation).

Sharing with Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API. Website activity and registration events are shared with Meta Platforms. Email addresses, phone numbers and names are converted to a one-way code (hashed) before they are sent, but they are still personal data.

When you buy a membership on our checkout page, we tell Meta that a purchase happened (amount, currency, order reference and the anonymous browser signals listed above). We add your hashed email, phone number and name only if you tick the consent box at checkout; we keep a record of your choice and the exact wording you saw.

Other service providers

Razorpay (payments), Zoom (the live session), TagMango (community access), our email delivery provider and our hosting and database providers process data on our behalf.

Your choices and withdrawing consent

You can withdraw your consent to ad sharing, or ask us to access, correct or delete your data, at any time by emailing connect@holisticlifestylehub.in. We will stop sharing new events about you with Meta from then on. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, and manage Facebook ad preferences in your Facebook settings.

How long we keep it

We keep registration and payment records for as long as needed to run the masterclass, meet accounting obligations and respond to your requests, and delete them when no longer needed.
